Long Term Temp Monday-Friday 8:00AM-4:30PM paying $14.00 hourly

Qualifications: Medical Keying background is desirable.  Commitment to accuracy is crucial.   High school diploma or equivalency required.  

Type 55 wpm. Provide data entry of claims into the Medicaid management information system (MMIS-II) at a rate of 5 batches a day with no more than 10-15 errors per week.

Review batches for accuracy and make corrections for any errors found.

Be able to communicate effectively and maintain working relationships with managers and colleagues 

Speed and accuracy are both equally important. You will have production goals. The keying requires you to enter dates of birth, social security number and addresses.

Neat hand writing is required. Incomplete medical claims are returned. Incumbent will be assigned send backs
